If you’re not happy with your product for any reason, you can return your jewellery within 30 days of your order’s delivery date for a full refund.
We cannot accept any jewellery that is bespoke or has been engraved.
We cannot accept items of jewellery which have been resized by Coolrocks or any other jeweller.
If you have had an item repaired, resized or polished by anyone other than Coolrocks, it will render your warranty with us invalid
Any items returned must still be unworn and in pristine condition in order for your return to be processed. Any jewellery sent back to us will be subject to assessment before any refunds can be processed
If we find an item has been worn a polishing/rhodium plating will be incurred at a charge of £50.
Once your returned jewellery has arrived, Coolrocks will notify you by email
Once your jewellery has passed our quality checks, we will contact you by email and process your refund within 7 days and then this can take up to 5 working days to show in your account and will only be made to the credit/debit card used.
We are happy to re-size any item at any time after your purchase, for a small charge of £30.
Resizing takes 7 -10 working days, however some items can only be made within specific size ranges. Items that have been received and then sent back to be re-sized,will not be accepted for a refund.
Faulty and Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive your item(s) in a faulty or damaged state, please notify us as soon as possible, these items will be dealt with in accordance with our returns procedure. Any item that is found to be damaged or faulty which is not our fault will be charged at the appropriate rate.
How to Return Your Jewellery
Let us know that you would like to return an order by providing us with your order number and by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please write a small covering note in your package letting us know the reason for your return. This will help process your return faster.
Post the item back to us. We advise you to return the item using Royal Mail Special Delivery and insure the package to its full value as it is your responsibility for all returns.
