I was looking for an amber necklace for my sisters birthday and Coolrocks popped up as an option. Being of a certain age I am not very confident with online shopping as I generally like to see product. However thought the photo looked good but wanted to change the chain. Oh heck! So I contacted the company the old fashioned way by telephone. Wasn't feeling too sure by this stage as I had to leave a message. Well thanks to David within 24 hours the necklace arrived with chosen chain. He even took my order over the phone. Thrilled to bits with the necklace and the service. This is an excellent company with really good customer service.
I ordered a charm bracelet as a gift - and chose the wrong length. Collrocks immediately supplied me with a returns number to exchange the bracelet for the proper length.
I (sadly) did not put sufficient postage on my returns envelope (Post Office evidentially considered it to be a "Large Letter"). Having spoken to David (who had not received the returned goods) he went down to his local sorting office to retrieve my parcel - and then shipped me the replacement bracelet.
This is the type of customer service that you do not find these days, and I would not hesitate on recommending Coolrocks. We shall be using them again in the future.

Think coolrocks are brilliant, really quick service and I am so happy with my bracelet and new bead bought for my birthday.

Cannot fault the service, I ordered the wrong size (twice) and coolrocks quickly and efficiently dealt with my problem.

Ordered two Lovelink Beads one Murano Glass and the other a name bead, to add to my ever growing lovelinks bracelet. Superb quick service and the beads are stunning. Will recommened to others and will use Coolrocks again. The 40% off beads are looking good.
