Delivery

FOR UK ORDERS

Coolrocks are proud to offer free postage on all UK orders but for any orders abroad we will contact you regarding delivery charge

This ensures that all orders are recorded and can be traced .

Deliveries will be made by Royal mail to the credit/debit card holder’s address. Please ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.

Deliveries cannot be made over any Bank holidays or public Holidays and any items purchased after 3.00pm on Fridays and require Special Delivery will not be despatched until the following Monday ( If a Bank Holiday the itms will be posted on Tuesdays for delivery on Wednesday ) for delivery on Tuesdays.

Deliveries which are placed on Fridays and require next day delivery must request Saturday delivery at a cost of £9.95 which is available on the Shipping page. Otherwise they will be posted on Mondays as there is no postage on weekends.

We will dispatch you goods ordered from coolrocks.co.uk within 7 working days

If we are not able to dispatch your coolrocks Jewellery within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for dispatch.

If it is not possible to dispatch your complete order (a number of items) at the same time then we will notify you with alternative dispatch arrangements.

We shall be under no liability for any delay in delivery or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. If the parcel / product is found to be damaged upon receipt coolrocks.co.uk must be informed without delay and any damaged item(s) returned to us for replacement .

How to return and exchange items

We are confident at coolrocks.co.uk that you will be delighted your purchase. If however you are not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund on goods returned to us within 14 days.

Returning an item

Please follow the steps below:

• In the space provided on your invoice please give a reason for your return.
• All coolrocks.co.uk items are to be returned in the same condition in which you received them & securely wrapped.
• Please then return your coolrocks.co.uk purchase to the address below. We recommend that you return your item by Royal Mail Special Delivery, for insurance purposes.

Christmas Returns

We have extended our returns policy for unwanted Christmas Gifts to the 10th January 2011.

Returns policy

We are confident at coolrock.co.uk that you will be delighted with your purchase(s). If however you are not completely satisfied then we offer a full refund (not including your return postage by Royal Mail Special Delivery) or exchange on goods returned to us within 14 days. We are aware that Christmas gifts have to be purchased sometime before they are gifted and therefore we allow unwanted coolrocks.co.uk Christmas gifts to be returned by 9th January 2012. Also, as you are buying the Goods by mail order, you may have the right of cancellation, under these terms

• you must inform us by email, fax or in writing that you wish to cancel within 7 working days of your receipt of the Goods
• in any event, you may not cancel orders for specially commissioned or personalised coolrocks.co.uk Jewellry.
• the Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of your telling us you wish to cancel –

Any coolrocks.co.uk Jewellery returned, for any reason, should follow the criteria below

• with both goods and all packaging in their original condition. Original wear tag should be still intact.
• securely wrapped.
• including our coolrocks.co.uk invoice.

After we have received the Goods, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.

If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the full cost.

We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.
